BASICS
Gear pumps designed with the principle of “gear in gear” have only two moving parts. Due to this, positive displacement gear pumps operate reliably and efficiently, and are easy to maintain. Sealing is provided by soft or mechanical seals and special seals. It is designed for pumping liquids such as fuel-oil in fuel filling facilities in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
All positive displacement gear pumps therefore operate reliably and efficiently. The liquid to be pumped in gear pumps must be cleaner than the liquids to be pumped in other pump types. Thus, the performance of gear pumps is maximized. The positive displacement (replacement) of the liquid is achieved by completely filling the gap between the teeth of the rotor and idler gear. Sealing is provided by soft or mechanical seals. The crescent-shaped piece on the pump cover divides the liquid and acts as a seal (gasket) between the suction and discharge ports.
Screw Pumps
The twin screw pump can transfer fluids used in many different fields that are not solid or high viscosity paste.
Twin screw pumps have a wide range of uses and provide reliable transfer of fluids containing gases and various liquids without the risk of corrosion or lubrication.
Because of the special design of the pump inlets and outlets, there is sufficient fluid in the body even when the pump is not working. This ensures that the pump has good self-priming performance and the water in the inlet line is quickly discharged.
Due to the specially designed By-pass valve in the pump, the fluid is directed from the discharge side to the suction side in order to reduce the operating torque of the pump in case of high pressure.

Oil Industry: Various lubricating oil, crude oil, residual oil, heavy oil, pitch, diesel etc. transfer pump.
Shipbuilding: Various light or heavy fuel oil, waste oil, dirty oil and sludge, oily sludge under cabin, as well as transfer pump such as pressure hydrophore pump and ballast pump.
Chemical Industry: for transferring acid, alkali and salt solutions, resin, glycerine paraffin wax and cosmetic emulsions, also as bottle filling pump.
Paint Industry: Shipping of printing ink, various paints and coatings.
Transfer Industry: Loading and unloading oil products for oil pool and tanker.
Gear Pumps
These are internal gear type pumps designed for pumping fuel-oil up to No. 6 and liquids that are not very viscous. Due to the lack of suction capability, the fuel must come up to the suction port. The pump consists of two gears inside each other. In this simple system, the probability of failure is almost negligible. Gear pumps provide all pressures at constant flow, not exceeding the pressure limit that the installation can withstand. As they naturally regulate themselves against the pressure at the pump outlet, they do not require pressure regulation with a valve at the pump outlet. Sealing is provided with special felts. It has high efficiency, operational safety and ease of maintenance.
