BASICS
Furnace Process Burners are burners that are used extensively in industrial facilities, are air and fuel controlled, take the combustion air from an independent ventilator, and all equipment used for safety and operation (transformer, relay, valve, etc.) are not located on the burner. All designs such as body, combustion heads, turbulator, flame pipe are produced in very different models. The main factor determining these designs is the shape and size of the flame.
In accordance with the operating conditions of the facility to be established, the appropriate burner type and operating mode are determined. Burners can be installed as multiple or single systems. A burner with the smallest capacity can be operated as a single stage, two stages or proportionally with the appropriate equipment selection.
It can be pilot ignited or electronically ignited. Ignition transformer, program relay, temperature control equipment are determined in accordance with the system design. It is mounted in a control panel and mounted in a place under operator control near the burner.
The equipment in the gas control line has dimensions and features in accordance with the specifications as in other burners.
Process Burners are manufactured in accordance with TS EN 746-2 and TSEK standards.
PROCESS COMBUSTION SYSTEMS ARE ALSO CLASSIFIED IN THE FOLLOWING FEATURES ACCORDING TO THEIR APPLICATION TYPES.
- According to Control Types;
It is classified as Single Stage, Double Stage, Pneumatic Proportional Controlled, Electronic Proportional Controlled and Flow Controlled.
- According to Process Air Type;
Direct Heating: Burner flame and exhaust and the material that will receive the energy are in the same environment,
Indirect Heating: These are the systems where the burner flame or exhaust and the material do not meet, and the heat transfer is made with a thermoblock, muffle or radiant boat.
- According to Burner Type;
Nozzlemiks Combustion Systems: These are the combustion systems where the air and gas required for combustion meet at the exit point of the burner and are formed by the flame.
Premix Combustion Systems: It is the combination of air and gas required for combustion by means of a mixer, filling into the combustion chamber and creating a flame on the surface.
- According to Temperature Type;
Medium-Low Temperature Applications: Applications made from comfort temperature to 700 °C.
High Temperature Applications: These are combustion systems installed at temperatures above 700 °C.
AREAS OF USAGE
It has a wide range of usage areas due to its features that are compatible with all kinds of industrial conditions and desired conditions. They are used in all kinds of industrial areas where high, low, sensitive temperatures are required.
In the Mining Sector; Sand, aggregate, refractory, stone, coal, cement, gypsum, lime, perlite, mud etc. drying and heating of mines; It is used for cooking and drying ceramic, porcelain, vitrified materials.
In the Iron and Steel Industry: It is used in the systems as Rolling furnaces, Billet annealing furnaces, Arc furnaces, melting furnaces, steel mills, horizontal crucible heating, vertical crucible heating, tundish heating, glove box heating, etc.
In the Heat Treatment Sector; It is used in furnaces and salt baths for annealing, tempering, cementation, aging and heat treatment of materials.
Non-Ferrous Noble Metals: Copper, Aluminum etc. It is used in the melting and annealing of metals.
In the Food Sector: In the drying of vegetables, seeds, grains, salt, etc.; It is used in cooking foods such as kadayif, biscuit, wafer, lahmacun etc.
In the Wood Industry: Drying of furniture, wood and sawdust,
In Waste Disposal Sector: It is used in high-capacity incinerators, incineration of domestic wastes, incineration of biological wastes, and in the disposal of industrial and special wastes.
Other sectors; In powder coating ovens, glass melting furnaces, packaging drying and lacquer systems, shrink machines, duct and ambient heating, some special hot oil boilers (Wanson type), Chemical industry, Automotive industry, air conditioning units, washing tanks and exhaust air combustion units, enamel baking, teflon baking ovens etc. It is used in many areas of industry such as sugar factories, biogas burning systems, rotary dryers and hot air generators.
