Box type ovens work with the principle of loading the piece into the oven with a hanger, cassette or carrier car group so that it can apply the drying or cooking process. These furnace types have a highly efficient and space-saving structure.
Box type furnaces are generally preferred in low-capacity productions because of their low initial investment cost. Since it takes up less space as a system and can be operated when needed, it provides users with an advantage over Continue (conveyor) systems due to “low fuel cost” compared to Continue ovens.

Oven residence times and oven temperatures can be adjusted as desired. The insulation material inside the panel of the oven is rock wool. When the given time is completed, it gives an audible and visual warning and warns the operator about the removal of the material. Furnace interior and exterior materials are galvanized sheet panels. The outer part of the panels is covered with electrostatic powder paint. The color of these outer panels can be painted with the desired RAL code. The hot air heated in the thermoblock is directed to the air ducts by the oven circulation fan. The hot air directed to the air ducts is transferred from the ducts to the material surface with a certain air velocity and the air temperature in the furnace is read by the temperature reader PT 100. After setting the residence time in the oven with the timer, the desired temperature value is entered and the time is expected to be completed. By opening the material entry-exit door, the material trolley is removed from the furnace and the process is terminated.
