Self Priming Pumps
Self-priming wastewater pumps have a compact design. Because of its easy assembly and disassembly feature, the maintenance and cleaning of the pump can be done easily. The mechanical seal used in the pumps provides excellent sealing and a clean environment. Self-Priming Pumps; are used in the pumping of domestic and industrial raw sewage liquids, in sewage treatment plants, in the pumping of muddy and solid-containing liquids, in the transfer of factory waste water and in all kinds of drainage and discharge operations.
The flap inside the suction flange is specially designed.
It is possible to remove and install the damper without any operation on the suction installation. The bearing housing is supported by the pump body.
No alignment problems. Since the pumps are self-priming, they are very easy to use. After the suction pipe is immersed in water, the pump starts in about 1 minute depending on the suction height.
Self Priming Wastewater Pumps
• The pumps are self-priming centrifugal pumps with flap.
• Since they are self-priming, it is sufficient that the pump is above the well to be suctioned, only the suction installation is in the well.
• It is possible to drive with diesel engine and electric motor by means of elastic coupling.
• Self-priming wastewater pumps consist of 6 different types: 2”, 3”, 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”.
• Impellers are open and have two blades and can pump solid particles up to 76 mm (3”) depending on pump size.
• It is very easy to clear the clog. The front removable suction cover facilitates access to the impeller, stuffing box and mechanical seal. It is very easy to clear the blockage without any action on the suction and discharge installations.

Surface Type Self Priming Waste Water Pump
Surface type self-priming wastewater pumps, self-priming wastewater pumps have a compact design. The specially designed open impeller structure provides self-priming capacity without sacrificing hydraulic performance. Due to its easy assembly and disassembly, the maintenance and cleaning of the pump can be done easily. The use of mechanical seals in these pumps provides excellent sealing and a clean environment. Stainless steel shaft is the standard material of this series, but bronze casting material is recommended against corrosion in seawater applications.
