Solid fuel double shaft automatic loading pellet boilers are produced as 3 Bar, prismatic and four pass.
These boilers are designed for pellet burning. With the help of the automatic fuel loading system, the fuel poured from the bunker is transferred to the rotary, which is a special design in the middle stage, with the help of the upper stage helix, and to the lower stage helix with the help of the rotary, and transferred to the furnace. Because of the rotary we have here, we have eliminated the danger of flame or hot waste gas moving towards the bunker in a possible case and burning. At the same time, fuel consumption is reduced because there is no under or over loading caused by user errors.
It is produced in 6 types as 14,620 Kcal/h (17 Kw) and 86,000 Kcal/h (100 Kw).
Our boilers produced in TS-303/5 standards are certified according to 97/23/AT Pressure Equipment Regulation Annex III Module H Full Quality Assurance.
All settings can be made precisely with the digital control panel on the boiler.
With the Electronic Control Panel supplied as standard with our boilers, you can adjust the temperature of the installation water to the desired degree and control the air blowing fan, while you can monitor the temperature control on the screen.
In case of running out of fuel in the boiler (+28°C), it automatically turns off the fan. It prevents unnecessary electricity consumption by controlling the Circulation Pump according to the installation water temperature. ( Pump on (+37°C), pump off (+32°)). In case the outdoor temperature drops (+5°C), it starts the pump and prevents it from freezing. It protects the boiler against overheating (+90°C) with its safety thermostat.
At the same time, you can adjust the amount of fuel thanks to the standby-feed buttons on this panel.
