BASICS
In-line pumps with suction and discharge flanges on the same line are pumps that can be directly connected to the installation. In-line pumps are used in water treatment systems, industrial applications, air conditioning systems (heating and cooling). Due to its electronic control units, circulation pumps work in harmony with the heating and ventilation system, thus consuming minimum energy and providing maximum comfort.
DRY ROTOR INLINE PUMPS
Inline pumps with single-stage non-self-priming in-line (line type) centrifugal pumps are manufactured with standard motors and mechanical seals.
• Basic dimensions and rated flow rates comply with the recommended values in DIN 24255 and EN 733.
• Flanges are in PN 16 pressure class in accordance with DIN 2535 standards. Suction and discharge flanges are the same and on the same axis. There are pressure sockets on both flanges.
• Single suction, closed type impeller equipped with rear rings to balance axial loads and dynamically balanced.
• The motor is coupled to the pump by threading the motor shaft to the pump shaft using an adapter and flange.
• Pump shaft, impeller and other parts can be removed without moving the suction and discharge pipes and pump volute. This simplifies assembly and maintenance operations.
AREAS OF USAGE
In water networks and pressurization plants. In water networks and pressurization plants. In irrigation, sprinkling and water discharge. Filling and unloading of storage and tanks. Heating and cooling systems, hot or cold water circulation. In condensate pumping. In water circulation in swimming pools. In industrial and social facilities. It is used for pumping fresh and sea water in ships.
WET ROTOR CIRCULATION PUMPS
Heating Circulation Pumps
User-friendly pumps have simple and clear control buttons and light indications.
The pump is equipped with an internal electric motor protection and no external motor protection is required. The pump is equipped with a fault and operating message (adjustable). Thanks to the wear-free, sensitive flat bearings, a quiet operation is ensured and the service life of the pump. The resistance of the winding against high temperatures extends the service life of the pump and ensures the pumping of fluids at high temperatures. The improved water intake ensures immediate lubrication of the bearings in the rotor chamber, and small pumps do not require venting during commissioning. There is a power limitation that can be disabled or enabled.
