These burners, which can operate with hot and cold air, are designed to withstand heavy industrial conditions for a long time and to work continuously and uninterruptedly. It can operate at various operating temperatures with its wide temperature range.

It is an ideal multi-purpose burner for low air and fuel pressure requirements. Large capacity range is available.

The burner capacity range is designed to operate at 3.1 million to 123 million Btu/hr (820 – 32,520 kW). It is also able to operate at capacities greater than 500 Btu/scf (19.7 MJ/nm3) with a higher heating value in any clean industrial fuel gas. It can also work with preheated environment or preheated combustion air.

It is suitable to work in many applications and with a good ignition tube. They have a high temperature resistant high alumina refractory inner structure. These are also called concrete burners. They can work to give the same capacity until the ambient combustion air is preheated to 550 degrees.

In this way, heat resistant concrete types are used. They have a larger structure compared to other metal barrel burners of the same capacity. Flame control is provided by photocell pilot ignition and ionization. Like metal barrel burners, they can also be operated as single-stage, double-stage proportional and flow-controlled.

They can work in harmony with kiln systems with central recuperator. They are resistant to severe conditions. It is able to give the same capacity in heating the combustion air up to 550 degrees in systems with central recuperator. In other words, the concrete burner operating at 1000 kW in ambient air at 20 degrees, can give a capacity of 1000 kW when the combustion air is used at 550 degrees hot air.
