Magnetic Coupling Sealless Centrifugal Pump

• Pump motor connection is made using magnetic coupling on a common chassis as standard.
•Main dimensions comply with TS EN 733.

Heavy Duty Centrifugal Pumps

Single-stage, end-suction, centrifugal pump. Basic dimensions comply with TS EN 733 norm. A series of 45 pumps in total, with 20 additional types designed in addition to the 25 types of pumps covered by the norm. Single-suction, closed impeller, balanced with axial load balance holes and wear rings, and dynamically balanced. Pump motor connection is standard using a flexible coupling on a common chassis. Since the pump can be separated from the installation in such a way that the volute body remains connected to the installation, so the maintenance and repair operations can be carried out easily. The use of extension coupling also allows the pump to be separated without moving the motor or the volute. Since the principle of replacement of the main parts of the design is adopted, only 5 bearings and 6 shaft types are used in the whole series. . Thus, the supply of spare parts has been accelerated.
