They are long shaft pumps working with a special bedding system, used in the drainage of less or very polluted waters. The strainer holes are sized to prevent the ingress of large solid particles. This prevents the pump from clogging. Column pumps; they are used in the transfer of waste liquids in industrial facilities, in the drainage of waste liquids containing mud, fiber and solid particles in order to drain the bilge water in ships.
Vertical Shaft Chemical Waste Pumps
They are single stage, vertical shaft process pumps with open or vortex type impellers. The impellers of the vertical shaft chemical waste pumps are connected to the shaft with a wedge. It has a locking mechanism to prevent it from turning in the opposite direction. The impellers are balanced according to ISO G 3. With the impeller with rear blades, the axial thrust is reduced and solid particles are prevented from entering. Strainer holes are sized to prevent the entry of large solid particles. This prevents the pump from clogging.

Vertical Shaft Sewage Pumps
They are long shaft pumps working with a special bedding system used in the drainage of less or very polluted waters. The suction mouth is in the fluid and there is a filter in front of it.
The pump shaft is coupled to the motor shaft with the help of a special coupling. Electric motor use in IEC, DIN, VDE and TSE standards. It has a maintenance-free modular design.

Column Pit Pumps
Column Pit pumps are single-stage, open, closed or vertical shaft wastewater pumps with vortex type impellers.
The body has a radial discharge opening. Parallel verification between column, suction cover and bearing is provided by the housing and bearing stabilizer.
With its optional impeller and volute body design, it can easily pass solid and fibrous particles through it.
As the pipe length increases, extra spacer bearings are used to make the shaft structure more rigid. The steel column, which protects the shaft from external factors, is protected by a mechanical seal on the pump side and prevents the liquid from reaching the bearings and shaft surface.
For radial loads, roller bearings are made in the pump inlet area.
The pump impellers are dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940/1 – 6.3.
