BASICS

Working principle of central system heating boilers.

In the central heating system, heat is produced in the boiler. The most efficient tubular system is applied in central system boilers. Two options are offered as automatic central system heating boiler or manual central system heating boiler. Coal, pomace, hazelnut shells can be burned in central system boilers. Boilers can be easily converted to liquid or gas fueled boilers with the addition of a burner when desired.

Working Principle of Central System Heating Boilers

The heat of the fuel burned in the central heating furnace passes through the tubular system and heats the water. The heated water gets lighter and goes to the upper floors of the building, passing through the hot water flow collector and the flow pump. The hot water flow line is shown with Red pipes in the figure. The water pumped by the pump (circulation pump) fills the heater cores on the floors. The hot water that fills the panel radiators heats the room. The water that starts to cool in the radiator gets heavier and goes to the cold water line from the lower return pipe and returns to the central heating boiler. The cold water return line is usually shown in blue. The cooled water returning to the boiler reheats in the system and returns to the system from the hot water flow line. The water heating cycle continues like this.

On the roof of the building, an open expansion tank (expansion tank) is placed for security purposes. Two safety pipes are placed directly between the boiler and the expansion tank. This safety system prevents explosions that may occur in the system due to increased pressure.

On the central system boiler, there is a hydrometer showing the water level in the installation and a thermometer showing the boiler water temperature.

The system heating boilers shown in the figure are known as Bottom Distributed Consolidated Heating System with Open Expansion Tank. The basement floor should be suitable for the installation of the central heating system with bottom distribution, as seen in the figure.
