BASICS
Premix Burners use premixed combustion technology. The mixture of gas and the air required for combustion is called Premix technology to ensure highly efficient combustion before given to the burner. With the frequency controlled fan, it is possible to provide the ideal air content required for combustion at every capacity during high modulation operation.
Premix burners, apart from air and fuel premix burners enter into a specially designed mixing unit from separate points. Combustion takes place after the air and fuel are mixed homogeneously in the combustion head with the special mixer. With the use of electronic combustion control system and inverter, precise adjustment for air and gas and high modulation rate are provided.
In premix burners, combustion takes place on the surface of the metal fiber braided flame head. Since the flame temperature formed on the surface of the combustion head is below 1200 °C, thermal Nox, which is the main factor of Nox formation, is thus prevented.
