BASICS
Duct burners are a compact burner with modular construction and serve to generate large volumes of fresh hot air for heat treatment in many industries. All standard models have an integrated combustion air fan mounted on the steel body of the burner. This fan supplies the burner with the right amount of air at the right pressure, thus providing stable operation over a wide range of duct speeds. Low CO emissions. Compact modular construction. Durable and reliable operation. Industrial standard.
A channel burner with a modular structure is available in the burners. Due to its safety system control, it is suitable for direct heated air heating systems. The burners consist of a maximum of 24 modules in sequence. Special modules responsible for spreading the flame connect the individual rows of burners and allow transverse firing. This modular design allows many different configurations of the burner matrix. The burner modules are made of high quality stainless steel. Flexible design. Reliable at low air flow. Short flame length.
Strip air burners are compact strip burners. Application options include combustion, drying and flue gas stoves and similar industrial equipment. Compared to other air-heated burners, these burners stand out for their simple, reliable operation and low CO emissions. All standard models have an integrated combustion air fan mounted on the steel body of the burner. Strip air burners provide stable operation over a wide range of duct speeds without the need for a profile orifice. It can also be supplied with combustion air fans installed away from the burner (eg. outside the duct). Extremely low CO emissions. Compact modular construction. Durable and reliable operation.
A strip burner is also available for heating fresh air in outdoor and process air applications. The burner can be operated with a wide spectrum of speeds, thermal loads and fuels. The AH-MA creates an even, odorless and smokeless flame and exhibits optimum behavior in terms of emissions and efficiency. Apart from this, corrosion resistant types are also available; these may have burner bodies made of aluminum or galvanized cast iron. Durable and reliable operation. Compact modular construction.
